btw.. my boss is out of her fricken mind again.. more management
by remote control.. and worse...
my Dy Dir has approved a pile of stuff i'm supposed to do.. but
my boss called up and is making a pile of unnecessary changes and
demanding that we get the Dy Dir to approve a whole lot of other
things again...
told the Dy Dir and she said to just write an email to her about
the whatever and go ahead...
thing is, my Dy Dir still doesn't comprehend the level of
unnecessary detail my boss is making me go into.. for that, i'm
going to go think about the whole thing and redirect the whole
project... will probably come up with something on Tuesday and
throw it at the Dy Dir for approval again..
i think my Dy Dir is getting more and more fed up with the
lunatic... because there's a lot more important things which are
coming up and my boss isn't here yet, doesn't know the situation,
and is taking up a lot of department time doing rubbish..
oh.. and also, another agency has asked us to proof read the
english version of a booklet which has bits of inputs by my
organisation.. after it is done, they'll go send it in for
translation into Bengali, Thai, Burmese, Malay and Chinese... my
boss is asking how i'm going to proof read those...
i'm thinking.. WTF??
they are engaging PROFESSIONAL translators to do that.. and i'm
supposed to go do what? read fricken Burmese??
now.. isn't it no wonder my blood pressure increased?
how long have you put up with her?
